Hanson Place Orthodontist and the Fun Zone
I was glancing at the website of my Brooklyn NY orthodontist, Hanson Place Orthodontics, and I noticed something different. They have a series of different sections on the site (For Example: “Our Office,” “Treatment,” “Technology,” “Contact Us,” etc.) but one section I hadn’t previously noticed… but couldn’t keep my eyes off of… was entitled “Fun Zone.”
Hey! A fun zone!? Well, I thought to myself, I’ll have to click that. I love fun.
So what did I expect? After all, this wasn’t a humor site or a gaming site. It was my Brooklyn NY Orthodontists. I guess I figured it be images and a description of the kids-section of their Waiting Room. Y’know every doctor and dentists waiting room is the same… hand-me-down toys, ratty-old children’s books, and a stadium-sized fish bowl.
Instead, the entire section (Located HERE) was a bunch of online games! Tomato Bounce, Bubble Bugs, Cheery Bomb… one was even called Why did The Chicken Cross The Road?? (which was very similar to the classic “Frogger,” but faster, cooler, and better graphics)
My favorite game was Mole’s Revenge, which was a less-predictable version of Wack-a-Mole. There was one more major difference…. THE MOLE’S FIGHT BACK! And not just in a biting, clawing, scratching kind of way… but with HEAVY ARTILLERY!
This isn’t the kind of thing you expect to find on the website of your Brooklyn NY orthodontist, but I got to say, the fact that I did, was just as refreshing as it was fun.
