Do they hurt?
Well, the short answer is yes…. Though that makes it seem scary and horrible, when it’s really not that at all. It’s nothing like a shot, or even the feeling of pulling a tooth as a young child. Typical pain-feelings are a sore sensation for a few hours, and on the more rare occasions, days. However, the pain is so light that we rarely recommend anything more than basic Advil or Tylenol.
It’s important to realize, however, that not all patients experience this soreness, and those who do typically state the soreness reduced after each subsequent visit.
How long will I wear braces?
The estimated time for wearing rbaces can range anywhere from eight months to two-and-a-half years.
How much will it cost?
It’s impossible to predict an exact amount, as each patient is different, each set of teeth are different, each kind of treatment is different, and therefore, each price tag is different. However, the office of Dr. Yakov Eisenberger promises to discuss the financial options with you during your first examination. It doesn’t matter if you want Medicaid braces, or your private insurance policy, or a major credit card as your financial form of payment.
