Brooklyn Invisalign, Brooklyn NY Braces, NYC Braces Orthodontist and more!
Even if you don’t have Brooklyn NY braces any more, you still need to brush often, at least twice a day. If you don’t you will regret it.
I prefer not to brush my teeth in my apartment in the morning because in my rush to get out the door, I’d only do a half-way job. Instead, I bring my toothbrush to work and spend a solid two minutes ridding my mouth of the disgusting plaque and bacteria that so badly want to call it home.
Although I don’t always brush after lunch, even though I should, I often chew gum or use toothpicks to stimulate my gums. This is good because it also gets the gunk from the corners of my teeth, which are particularly susceptible. I also bring dental floss with me, just in case the toothpicks aren’t doing it, or my mouth feels especially dirty.
And then, after I’ve drank my evening tea and I’m sure I’m not going to have any more food for the day, I prepare for bed by giving myself a thorough brushing, flossing, mouthwashing and tongue scraping.
I used to do this when I had my Brooklyn NY braces and I still do it today to ensure that when I visit my Brooklyn orthodontist I have strong pearly grinders.
